Challenge Hobbyfarm december

Lang niet gescrapt, wel tamelijk wat kerstkaarten gemaakt waarvan er enkele op m'n andere blog : A la carte staan.
Maar dus niet meer gescrapt en plots had ik er zo'n zin in, dus nog vlug een lo gemaakt met de schets van de nieuwe challenge bij Hobbyfarm. En met toepasselijke foto's : m'n meisjes op hun slee in de sneeuw, tja aan sneeuwfoto's zal het ons deze winter alvast niet ontbreken ...



Papier is Webster's Pages, verder bloemen van Prima, titelletters zijn Thickers, en Martha Stewart ponsen voor de border en sneeuwvlokken.

Ik wens iedereen een fijn eindejaar en een schitterend, gelukkig, gezond & creatief nieuw jaar !

Wij gaan trouwen !

Arwen was in haar prinsessenkleed aan het spelen toen ze plots haar jongere zusje ook in de verkleedkoffer zag snuisteren. "Noor wil ook prinses zijn !" riep ze uit en ik hielp haar om Noor het kleedje aan te trekken. Dan nam ze haar handjes vast en zei zo superschattig : "Wij gaan trouwen!"

M'n foto's waren niet zo geslaagd maar ik vind het geheel toch nog leuk geworden :

I was featured on INSPIRE ME

Wauw.... I was really amazed last week to find my layout featured on Webster's Pages community INSPIRE ME ! I'm a bit to0 late with my post (there have already been selected new projects to be featured ...oops... ), but have a look at their gallery anyway, there are some amazing projects there : http://websterspages.ning.com/

I've made this layout with paper from the Postcards from Paris collection (I absolutely adore this line). It's about my oldest daughter who started school in september and is so tired at noon that she just falls asleep on the couch :



Lately I've been really keen on the Norwegian romantic style of scrapbooking, with a lot of white spaces and clusters of flowers. I wanted to create a little of that soft romantic style by adding the flowers and the cake doily :

First snow

I've made these layouts just before the New Year and I had just a great time working with pictures of my daughter again after all those xmas cards !! I had really missed it.


I've used Webster's Pages, I just adore their collection Winter Wings and they were just perfect for these pictures of my oldest daughter and me making a snow man in the garden.


Because I had quite some pictures I wanted to create a double layout which was rather difficult due to the design of the pages. I've tried to make a connection between the two pages by letting the lace paper (Doilies Basic Grey) run over both pages :
